Netmaker has been a godsend. My department was recently charged with taking over the company’s voice services for the entire enterprise. That is, our corporate HQ, the central warehouse, and 50 brick-and-mortar retail locations. Priority number one was to convert every location’s voice service over to VoIP and to find a partner that could guide us throughout the entire process. By “guide us”, I mean, take over every phase of the project. From planning, installation, training, and maintaining…we needed more than a partner, we needed a seasoned company to “hold our hand” through every step of the project for every location. It was a big ask, and we were already using another service provider that had served us well in the past but, early on, it became evident that the project needed a lot more care than what the other guys were capable of. Anyone who has transitioned voice service from their local telco to VoIP knows that dealing with the LEC is a frustrating and unwieldy process. They would also know that there are many moving parts before AND after porting over to the newly installed system. Well, Netmaker makes it look easy, at least from where I sit.
